Power Plant, Ontario, New York, authorized by NRC License No. OPR-18, and the

discussions of our findings held by Mr. Dexter with you and members of your

staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Region I Inspection

Report which is enciesed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection

consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records,

interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed; however,

several pctential weaknesses were identified that should receive attention to

improve the effectiveness of your secority program.
