SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-325/93-43 AND 50-324/93-43
With respect to the Inspection Report sent from this office by letter dated
November 3, 1993, we would like to correct an administrative error that was
made regarding the subject inspection report. On the cover letter, initial
page of the Summary, pages 6, 9 and 11, the Inspection Report Nos. was
referenced incorrectly as Inspection Report Nos. 50-325/93-43 and 50-325/93-43
rather than 50-325/93-47 and 50-324/93-47. We request that above pages be
placed with the corrected pages which are enclosed.
