This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. G. A. Belisle of
this office on June 1-4, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Operating License
No. DPR-57 and Operating License No. NPF-5 for the Hatch facility and to the
d'scussion of our findings held with Mr. H. C.
Nix, Plant Manager, at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas axamined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
