request for a Regional Waiver of Compliance for Oconee Unit 3.
Our actions are based on your written request of October 9.1990.
Technical Specification (TS) 3.6.0(c) allows a containment isolation valve to be inoperable provided certain action is taken to maintain containment
. integrity.. A waiver of this TS was requested to allow testing of the Reactor Coolant Makeup Pump.
This waiver of compliance is granted for one time and for a maximum of four hours to allow testing of the Reactor Coolant Makeup Pump prior to November 2 1990.
