JAMES A. FITZPATRICK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT-WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC N0. M87268)
By letter dated August 26, 1993, you applied for an amendment to the James A.
FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Operating License, No. DRP-59. The proposed change would have provided a one-time extension of the current surveillance interval for calibration of the pressure switches that sense main turbine control valve closure.
Subsequently, by letter dated October 5, 1993, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
