Contract No. NRC-10-92-141 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 6 As a result of the Contractor's Collective Bargaining Agreement Nos.
052-1233 and 052-1234 dated July 21, 1992, between Ogden Allied Eastern States Maintenance Corporation and Local 99, International Union of Operating Engineers, AFL-CIO, this Modification No. 9 is issued and accomplishes the following:
I.
Revises the unit prices and total firm fixed price for Option Year 1 Basic Contract Services.
II.
Revises the unit prices for reimbursable contract efforts.
III. Revises the reimbursable labor rates for Option Year 1.
IV.
Revises the contract ceiling accordingly.
V.
Revises the total funds obligated under the contract.
VI.
Incorporates the new wage determination No. 86-1259(Rev. 13) dated 5/28/92 and No. 93-0004 dated 1/8/93.
The revisions associated with the contractor's Collective Bargaining Agreement Nos. 052-1233 and 052d1234 dated July 21, 1992, as set forth in this Modification No. 9, are effective for the Option Year 1 period of the contract which commence November 7, 1992.
Therefore, the following changes are hereby made:

Section B. 4 PRICES FOR BASIC CONTRACT SERVICES and the TOTAL FIRM FIXED PRICE for Option Year 1 as reflected on page 5(c) of the contract, is hereby revised to read as follows:

III. The Labor Rates identified for OPTION YEAR ONE under Section B.S.C. RATES FOR REIMBURSABLE CONTRACT SERVICES, paragraph 1.
OVERTIME HOURLY RATES and paragraph 2. REGULAR HOURLY RATES, found on pages.5(w) and 5(aa) of the contract are revised as set forth in ATTACHMENT II (OVERTIME HOURLY RATES) and ATTACHMENT III (REGULAR HOURLY RATES) to this contract Modification No. 9.
