Operating License No. DPR-61 for the Haddam Neck Plant, in response to your application dated May 18, 1993.
j The amendment adds a footnote to the Haddam Neck Technical Specifications Section 3.4.2.2, " Reactor Coolant Systems - Operating," to allow a relaxation in the pressurizer safety valve setpoint tolerance to +3% from +1%.
This +3%
tolerance is used for the "as found" acceptance criterion for additional valve testing.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Reaister j
notice.
