Reporting of Occurrences Two conditions have occurred recently at the Monticello Nuclear Generatin'g Plant that are reportable to your office as-described in Technical Specification 6.6. A.1.
During the filling and venting of, a Core Spray System, on January 20, 1972, one injection valve (MO-1753) was found:to be inoperable.
During a routine surveillance test on January 15, 1972, #12 Diesel Generator failed to start.
Corrective maintenance will be completed on these items prior to resumption of plant operations. Additional reporting will follow.
