We.have completed our preliminary review of the material submitted with your letter of May 31, 1990 covering the subject matter. 'In that letter, you note that you are proceeding with this modificatien under 10 CFR 50.59 but would welcome our comments nevertheless. Completion of the installation of this pump and.all its appurtenances remains scheduled for Refuel 8.
Based on our preliminary review, we have no connent on your conceptual design at this point. However, our review is continuing and any coments resulting from that review, which are expected to be minor, will be transmitted shortly.
