BRUNSWICK STEAM ELECTRIC PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF APRIL 19 1990 AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. 76504)
By 11etter dated June 13, 1990, Carolina Power & Light Company withdrew its April 19, 1990, application to amend its Technical Specifications. The request would have_ revised the surveillance interval associated with
(
Technical Specification 4.8.1.1.2.d.1 to allow a one-time only extension of these surveillances until October 31, 1990. This amendment request is being withdrawn because the surveillance requirement was completed during the shutdown during the May/ June time frame.
The enclosed " Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facilitu Operating License" has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal' Regisi.er for publication.
