CONFIRMATION OF MEETING ARRANGEMENTS - BRUNSWICK This confirms the arrangements made by Mr. R. Oates of your staff and Mr. D. Verrelli of my staff on July 23, 1990, concerning a Management Meeting to be held in the Region 11 Office, Atlanta, Georgia on August 15, 1990, at 10:00 a.m.
This meeting is being held to discuss issues concerning your operator training program which includes root cause and corrective actions, shortcomings in the root cause analysis, scheduling future inspections, and-i integration of cetion plan items into IAP D-32/33.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
