REQUEST FOR COMMENT / CONCURRENCE ON THE FR, 10 CFR 34 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR INDUSTRIAL RADIOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT in response to your subject memorandum, the Records and Reports Management Branch (RRMB) provides the 'ollowing:
The Paperwork Reduction Act statement is correct for the subject rule.

number 3 of the Revised Paperwork Reduction Act Statements for Specific Situations," enclosure 1, and enclosure 2 should he added as paragraph two.
