dated June 6, 1990, withdrew the amendment request and advised that System Energy Resources, Inc. has received all necessary regulatory approvals to l_

transfer operating responsibility for Grand Gulf 1 to Entergy Operations, Inc.

and that all conditions in Amendment No. 65 have been implemented effective June 6, 1990. Accordingly, the official transfer date is Jure 6,1990. _
