l Your letter also submitted an affidavit from Mr. David J. Robare of General Electric Company stating that the submitted inf ormation should be considered exempt from public disclosure for the i following reasons e

1. The inf ormation is of a type which is customarily held in confidence by General Electric.
2. The information has consistently been held in confidence ,

by General' Electric.

3. No public disclosure of the inf ormation has been made, and it is not available in public sources.

4.- Public disclosure'of the information would be likely to i cause cubstantial harm to the competitive position of, General Electric.

We have reviewed your submittal and the material in accordance with j

the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790 and, on the basis of statements by General Electric, have determined that the submitted inf ormation l sought to be withheld contains trade secrets or proprietary commercial information.
