by the Comission in writing) of certain components and systems.

Office of the Controller should bill Commonwealth Edison for indemnity fee based on $30 for thermal megswatt and a power level of 2,527 megawatts (thermal) for a total fee of- $75,810 per year.
The Office'of the Controller is being. notified of the new'indennity: fee by copy 'of this memorandum. The Office of.the Controller is reminded i
of Commonwealth Edison's letter of: February 9,1970 and our. reply lof 1
March 11,1970 in which we-agreed to -the Commonwealth's suggestion for
~
modification of billing procedures with regard to indemnity feasL for
~(
Dresden Units 1 and 2 so as to provide for a single billing period' for both units. The billing period -for Unit 3 chould be similarly coordinated.
