PENN STATE BREAZEALE REACTOR-The Commission has issued the enclosed Anendment No. 27 to Facility Operating l License No. R-2 for the Penn State Breareale Reactor. The amendment consists of a chan9e to the license in response to your submittal' dated March 27, 1990 t as supplemented on April 23, 1990.

The anenonent changes the special nuclear material license possession limits _

to add fifty grams of contained uranium-235 without limit as to enrichment' 4 and such special nuclear material as may be' produced by the reactor.  ;
