Dear Mr. Bnrchert:
As we indicated during the All Agreement States Meeting in Kansas City, we are planning to visit your office in Lincoln, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the State's overall low-level radioactive waste disposal program.
We will coordinate this effort with staff from our Division of Low. Level Waste Management.
We also plan to discuss, to the extent possible, the questions you raised in your letter of September 15,1989, to Carlton Kammerer Director, State, Local and Indian-Tribe Programs.
In this regard, we will review the status of several of our recomendations from the Nebraska program review of July 1988.
We will call you soon to establish a mutually agreeable date for this meeting. Ms. Carde11a Harvey-Maupin (301)492-0312, is y staff contact on this subject.
