DPR-23 REVISED INDUSTRIAL SECURITY PLAN Dear Mr. Varga-In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p), Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) herewith transmits four (4) copies of Revision 7 of the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
Under separate cover, one (1) copy of Revision 7 will be transmitted to the Regional Administrator, Region II.
Revision 7 of the Industrial Security Plan contains no changes which would decrease the effectiveness of the Plan or the level of security provided.
Portions of the attachment have been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provision of 10CFR73.21.
It is requested that those parts of the attachment which are not protected in accordance with 10CFR73.21, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR2.790(d)(1).
