Pursuant to the Board's orders, we are attaching hereto the prefiled testimony of the six witnesses of Intervenor CASL (Citizens Association for Sound Energy) for h the upcoming hearings beginning July 26, 1982.

Our six witnesses are: Charles A. Atchison, John J. Gates, Cordella M. Hamilton, Robert L. Hamilton, Joseph J. Krolak, Jr., and Stanley G. Miles. We plan to present our six witnesses as a panel. As agreed upon in the recent telephone conference call with the Board and all parties, CASL will make our witnesses dVailable f or Cross-UXalllindf loh on wediiesday, Juiy za, 1982, beginning at 8:30 A.M. This agreement was with the understanding that there would be no extensive cross-examination of Applicants' witnesses by the NRC Staf f or of the NRC Staff's witnesses by the Applicants, and that there would not be a lot of haggling about getting documents introduced into evidence.

Respectfully submitted, CASE (CITIZEN 5 ASSOCIATION FOR SOUND ENERGY)
