Our six witnesses are:

As agreed upon in the recent telephone conference call with the Board and all parties, CASL will make our witnesses dVailable f or Cross-UXalllindf loh on wediiesday, Juiy za, 1982, beginning at 8:30 A.M.

This agreement was with the understanding that there would be no extensive cross-examination of Applicants' witnesses by the NRC Staf f or of the NRC Staff's witnesses by the Applicants, and that there would not be a lot of haggling about getting documents introduced into evidence.

Respectfully submitted, CASE (CITIZEN 5 ASSOCIATION FOR SOUND ENERGY) f i,.
