82-3219 06-21-82 The RHR, LPCI testable check valve .lEll-F050A, damaged indica tor hinge pin was replaced. Work done in conjunction with MR 82-2767

& under DCR 82-96 & FDR 82-96-1 82-2767 06-21-82 The lEll-F050A RHR Injection check valve was d isassembled . The flapper &

body seat ring were removed fixed, & replaced in the valve, hinge pins were also replaced. All work was done in conjunction with MR l-82-3219 under DCR 82-96 &
