Letter, G03-81-2680, dated October 30, 1981, R. S. Leddick to J. L. Crews.
The referenced letter provided your office with the Supply System response to the subject NRC inspection item. Paragraph 3 of the response to Signi-ficant Observation "A" committed Ebasco to review selected contracts and specifications in an attempt to reconcile and simplify requirements. The estimated completion date for the review was indicated as February, 1982, however, an extension is required. The completion date was based on Sup-ply System approval of Ebasco's redefinition of Quality Class II and G and clarification of Quality Class I, Fire Protection and Radwaste. Supply System approval was obtained February 22, 1982. The subsequent Ebasco re-view is currently in progress with an estimated completion date of July 30, 1982.
