Dear Mr. McMurray:
This is in further response to your letter dated April 5,1982 and several telephone conversations with Ms. Carol Ann Reed, of my staff, in which you requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA),
eight categories of documents.
The documents listed on Appendix A to this letter are enclosed.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Reed on June 25, 1982, regarding fault trees for the Watts Bar facility, you stafed that at this time you were not interested in reviewing the document or paying the cost of having it reproduced.
If you wish access to these fault trees within the next 60 days, please contact us.
Appendix B to this letter contains a compilation of the costs for search fees and reproduction of documents.
You will be billed for the amount of $921.65 later by our Division of Accounting.
This completes action on your request.
