This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated April 26,1982, which transmitted changes to the Security Plan for Humboldt Bay Power Plant under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the changes to the Security Plan for Humboldt Bay Power Plant and have determined that the changes are consistent with< the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and are, therefore, acceptable.
The enclosure to the above-referenced letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is therefore being withheld from public disclosure.
