RCS boron concentration is 1896 ppm.
May 5, 1134 HPSI pump 2P-017, ISI Testing unsatisfactory due to low mini-flow recirculation.
May 9, 1845 Entered Mode 4.
May 14, 2345 Reactor Coolant System Water Inventory Balance per 5023-3-3.37 proved satisfactory;.25 gpm unidentified leakage.
May 18, 0530 Unit 2 entered Mode 3.
RCS temperature at 350 F.
May 26, 2010 RCP 2P-003 upper mechanical seal f ailed.
May 26, 2305 RCP 2P-002 upper mechanical seal failed.
May 27, 1900 During Rod Drop testing, a hign level in Steam Generator E-089 initiated a reactor trip signal.
All rods dropped to the bottom from a height of I

Steam Generator level was returned to normal.
May 27, 2000 RCP 2P-002 secured because of upper and middle seal failure.
