APPLICANT'S NOTICE TO THE BOARD PURSUANT TO THE SPECIAL PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER On June 1, 1982, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued a Special Prehearing Conference Order in the above captiened proceeding.

In that Order, the Board directed Applicant to advise within 30 days of the proposed schedules for construction of the Point Pleasant intake and associated pump station and the Bradshaw Reservoir (Order at p.

88).

Pursuant to that Order, the following respective schedules are submitted:
