Dear Mr. Collins:
The Omaha Public Power District responded to Violation A of the subject Inspection Report by letter dated April 21, 1982. The Dis-trict's response identified one licensed operator who was scheduled to be re-examined by April 23, 1982 in the category of the annual requali-fication examination in which he received a score of less than 60%. The subject operator has taken and successfully completed the re-examination by achieving the required score.
The purpose of this letter ~is to inform you that the District is presently in full compliance.
