BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - DEFICIENT PIPE SUPPORTS -
BLRD-50-438/81-31, BLRD-50-439/81 FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector P. Taylor on April 6, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN BLP 8109. This was followed by our first interim report dated May 6,1981, our final report dated September 3,1981, and our revised final report dated September 28, 1981. NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak was notified by telephone on December 15, 1981 that the nonconforming condition described in NCR BLN BLP 8130 had been discovered as a result of a design review which took place as part of the corrective action necessary to resolve NCR BLN BLP 8109. This was followed by our first supplemental report dated January 11, 1982. Because NCR BLN BLP 8109 was closed in inspection report 50-438/82-06, 50-439/82-06, NCR BLN BLP 8130 will now be reported as a separate item under 10 CFR 50.55(e).
