FORT ST. VRAIN UNIT NO. 1 RADIOLOGICAL EXERCISE This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated June 10, 1982, and the attached State Duty Officer Procedure For Early Warning Alert System.
I understand that the site radio will be located in the control room and that there will be a confinnation of the message having been sent and received by NOAA, the State, and Fort St. Vrain personnel. This method of communication and confinnation appears adequate for preventing a future problem similar to that one experienced during the emergency exercise.
I request that you send me a copy of your final procedures and confirmation that the procedures are in place by June 30, 1982.
I appreciate your prompt action on this matter and in keeoing me informed of your progress.
