l.rcas exanined during this inspection are described in the iMC Region I
Ins;ection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas,
the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and repre-
sentative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspector.

Car inspector also verified the actions you have taken to correct the
violations brought to your attention in our letters to you dated November 2,

1981, August 5, 1921, July 28, 1981 and August 12, 1981 (Appendix A-Iteas
D and D). We have no further questions regarding your actions at this tine.
Uithin the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the l'RC Public Docunent Roon unless you notify this office,
by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and subait written
application to withhold information centair.ed therein within thirty days of
tt;e date of this letter. Such application nust be consistent with the re-
quirca nts of 2.790(b)(1).
