Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed are miscellaneous changes to the Radiological Effluent Sections of the Proof and Review Copy of the Technical Specifications for the Virgil C.
Summer Nuclear Station.
These changes are based on information in Mr. Gammill's December 29, 19 81, memorandum to Mr. Skovholt and telephone conversations with car principal reviewer, Mr. Chandrasekaran.
The following is a brief explanation of the reasons for the

requested changes:
Page Explanation 3/4 3-68 Items 1.a and 1.b are error corrections.
The condensate demineralizer effluent flow measure-ment has been eliminated dated as based on a conversation between Dr. Barker of SCE&G and Mr. Chandrasekaran.
3/4 3-70 ACTION 36 and 37 have been deleted because they are not used.
3/4 3-71 Supply missing information for 1.b and correction of errors.
3/4 3-74 Error correction.
3/4 11-11 Supply missing information.
