Virgil C. Sumer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Reactor Building Integrated Ieak Rate Test Report
Dear Mr. Denton:
On April 23, 1981, South Carolina Electric and Gas Carpany, acting as agent for itself and for the South Carolina Public Service Authority, subnitted the " Reactor Building Integrated Leak Rate Test (Type A) Final Technical Report" as required by 10 CFR 50, Appendix J.
Recently, questions were raised concerning this report by Nuclear Regulatory Ccmnission Region II personnel.
It was determined that the report as sent included tabulated and graphed data fran the Integrated Ieak Rate Test (IIRT) and Calculated Isak Rate Test (CLRT) which were preliminary and not final test data. Attached are five (5) copies of the " Integrated Isak Rate Test Sumary Technical Report" which includes the final test data. The final test data do not vary significantly from the preliminary data and do not alter the calculated results of the integrated leak rate test.
