Re: Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2; and Dresden Nuclear Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated June 10,1981 which transmitted changes (Revision 10) to the Quad Cities Station security 27, 1981 which transmitted changes p(lan, and your letter dated OctoberRevision 11) to the Dresden Nuclear Power Station security We have reviewed your submittals and agree that the changes contained in the enclosures to the above-referenced letters are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p) and are, therefore, approved.
As discussed with members of your staff, approval of these revisions does not supersede nor negate the need to respond to our coments, previously transmitted to you, regarding Revision 7 of the Quad Cities Station security plan and Revision 8 of the Dresden Station security pl an.
The enclosures to the above-referenced letters contain Safeguards information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are therefore being withheld from public disclosure.
