This letter is to identify ongoing activity related to your December 15, 1981 letter containing report 50-346/81-18.
This deals with the violation of Appendix A Technical Specification Section 2.2.1 (Table 2.2-1).
In addition to the corrective action taken in our letter of January 14, 1982 (Serial No. 1-239), Toledo Edison is providing an independent review of the Safety Features Actuation Systems (SFAS) ' Instrument Calibration Procedures. The intent of this' review is aimed at verifying SFAS instrument string accuracies. This will assure compliance with the Davis-Besse Technical Specification requirements and the appropriate Safety
