Telephone Discussion Concerning MSIV Leakage During the telephone discussion on January 11, 1982, between myself and other members of the Region II staff and Mr. II. L. Abercrombie and other members of f6ur staff concerning the Browns Ferry main steam isolation valves (MSIVS), you comitted to provide to this office a description of actions already taken and planned to correct the recurring leakage problem through the main steam isolation valves. We understand that you will submit this report by February 1,1982.
