Thank you for your letter of December 14, 1981, informing us of steps you
have taken to cormct the violations conceming activities mder NRC
Operating License No. R-127 brought to your attention in our letter of
November 4,1981. We will examine your corrective actions and plans
during subsequent inspections.
With respect to the unresolved item identified in our letter involving
discrepancies between your curmnt Technical Specifications and present
facility design, it is our understanding that you intend to submit corm-
spondence by May I,1982 to the NRC Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation
to resolve this natter. These actions wem discussed with you in a phone
conversation with Mr. C. Julian of this office on April 7,1982.
Please inform this office if your understanding of this matter is diffemnt
from that stated above.
