Confirmation of Concurrence - Docket No. 50-328 This letter confirms the telephone conversation on February 18, 1982, between fir. J. M. Ballentine, Manager, Technical Support and ifr. F. S. Cantrell of my staff, during which we concurred in your plans to proceed above 50 percent power on Sequoyah Unit 2.

This concurrence is based on our recent site inspection veri-fication, of the satisfactory completion of your corrective actions implemented in response to concerns identified in connection with the containment spray recirculation valve misalignment event of August 26, 1981. We will continue to inspect the effectiveness of these corrective actions.
