Confhv.ation of Meeting Arrangements This is to confim arrangements for a meeting in the Region II office at your ycquest, made between Mr. R. C. Lewis of t* * ' Office and yourself during a telephone conversation of January 6, 1982.
The meeting is scheduled to convene at 1:00 p.m. on January 15, 1982 to discuss a potentially inadequate containment spray system for Unit 2 and the occurrence of an improperly locked valve on the sodium hydroxide addition system on Unit 1.
A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
