On December 31, 1981, the Division of Licensing (DL) completed the review of your applications dated liovember 11, 1981 and December 16, 1981, and issued Amendment 10 to Facility Operating License No. IIPF-9 for the McGuire fluclear Station Unit flo, l.
These applications requested an extension of the implementation dates for certain license conditions. Two Class II fees ($2,400) were remitted with your applications pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as a result of their final review of your applications, it has been determined that one Class II fee
($1,200) is applicable because the December 16 application is considered to be a supplement to the flovember 11 application. Therefore, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of
$1,200 to your Company. Refunds are generally processed within two weeks.
