SUBJECT:
ALLEGATION CONCERNING RAYWARD TYLER PUMP COMPANY, BURLINGTON, VERMONT On January 21, 1980, Wayne Reinmuth contacted Bob Carlson to determine the status of the follow-up on this allegation as forwarded to Region I by Mr. Fothergill of the Vermont Department of Labor and Industry on October 29, 1979.
Reinmuth's call was apparently in response to an inquiry through a separate channel (Congressman Jeffords of Vermont).
This allegation was referred to the Vendor Inspection Branch in Region IV.
They have agreed to pursue these allegations at Hayward Tyler by March 15, 1980.
As discussed with Reinmuth, Region is committed to transmit investigation results to the alleger, the State of Vermont and Reinmuth.
