' Amendment of Order changes the Recovery Mode Proposed Technical Spec _ifications to reflect current conditions at the plant. The changed requirements had been imposed by the Order of the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation on Feburary 11, 1980.
These changes are being made in response to your request of December 11, 1981. This Amendment of Order is effective upon issuance.
