Dear Mr. Denton:
This is to inform you that South Carolina Electric and Gas Ccmpany (SCE&G) will install internal instrtmentation in the A steam generator at the Virgil C.
Sunner Nuclear Station. The instrumentation will consist primarily of biaxial ac lerometers and will be installed in two tubes as selected by Westinghouse and SCE&G. We expect that work will begin on installation of this equipment in early May and will be conplete within a few weeks.
