Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On March 6, 1962, your office was informed that the IB steam generator had an indicated tube leak of 0.08 gal / min. This constitutes an abnormal degrada-tion of the reactor coolant pressure boundary. Reportabic Occurrence Report R0-269/82-06 providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by March 19, 1982, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.6.2.1.a(3).
However, the investigation of this incident and the preparation of a report are incomplete at this time.
It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you no later than April 2, 1982.
