Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/82-33 was to have been submitted by May 24, 1982. This 30 day reportable occurrence (per T.S.6.9.1.13) concerns T.S.3.1.1.4, "The Reactor Coolant System lowest operating loop temperature (Tavg) shall be greater than or equal to 551*F", which was violated on April 24, 1982. At this time investigation of the incident is not yet complete. The report will be submitted by June 4, 1982.
