BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - TOLERANCE FOR TUBULAR STEEL CABLE TRAY HANGERS - BLRD-50-438/81-47, BLRD-50-439/81 FIFTH INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Celenjak on July 16, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR 1478. This was followed by our. interim reports dated August 14 and November 9, 1981 and January 21 and April 14, 1982. TVA is still evaluating the cause of this deficiency. This matter will be resolved, and proper actions to prevent recurrence will be identified in the next report. We expect to submit our next report by July 26, 1982.
