Subject: Coabined Inspection 50-272/82-10,50-311/82-09
This refers to the routine resident safety inspection by flessrs. L. !!orrholm
and R. Surers on April 6 - !!ay 11,1982 at the Salea Nuclear Cenerating
Station, llancocks Ceidge, New Jersey. The inspection consisted of doctr,ent
reviews, interviews, and observation of activities. The findings were

discussed with Mr. H. J. !!! dura of your staff.
Apparent violations of NRC requiremnts are cited in Appendix A and categor-
ized under the NRC Enforcement Policy,10 CFR 2 Appendix C (47FR9987 March
