Thank you for your letter of October 19, 1981, in response to our letter dated September 11,1981. As a result of our review, we find that additional infomation is needed.
Our transmittal letter dated September 11, 1981, requested that you identify corrective action, preventive measures and dates of these actions 1. In regard to items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, please inform us of the corrective actions on the specific problems identified and the dates of these actions. Also in resgrd to items 6 through 9, which respond to nonconformance F of our citation, please inform us of the steps that have or will be taken to assure that preventive measure comitments to NRC will be implemented, as st44ed.
Please provide this additional infomation within 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review.
