Thank you for your letters of October 19, and December 18, 1981, and February 25, 1982, in responic to our letters dated September 11, and November 27, 1981, and January 26, 1982. As a result of our review, we find that additional information as discussed with your Mr. R. McKeever during a telephone call on March 15, 1982, is needed.

Our letters dated September 11, and November 27, 1981 and January 26, 1982, have requested that you identify entrective actions in regard to items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (Notice of Nonconformance items A, B, C, D, and E). Review of your letters dated October 19, and December 18, 1981, and February 25, 1982, indicates that you still have failed to supply all the requested information. Your letters fail to supply the corrective actions taken in regard to items 4 and 5 (Notice of Ncnconformance, items D and E). Additionally, you have still failed to supply the pre-ventive action taken to assure comitments to the NRC will be implemented as stated in regard to item 6 (Notice of Nonconfomance, item F).

Please provide this additional information witisin 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review.
