Thank you for you letters of October 19, and December 18, 1981, in response to our letters dated Septenber 11, and November 27, 1981. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, is needed.
Specifically, our letter dated November 27, 1981, requested that you identify the actions taken, and the dates of those actions, to correct the specific deficiencies identified in items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (Notice of Nanconfomance items A, B, C, D, and E). Review of your letter of December 18, 1981, indicates that the requested information has not been provided. Additionally, you have not provided us in regard to item F of the Notice of Honconformance with the requested steps that have or will be taken to assure commitments to the HRC will be implemented, as stated.
Please provide this additional information witnin 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review.
