This is in response to your letter dated February 9,1982, whic si a description of a proposeil material control and accounting plan for your new incinerator.
We have determined that approving this plan will not adversely affect the common defense and security nor the public health and safety and is otherwise in the public interest. Therefore, we are adding a new license condition to your Safeguards Amendment MPP-3 to License No. SfM-1097, effective 4
issuediately, to read as fo11cws:
The licensee shall follow the coinnitments contained in the letter dated February 9,1982 for the material control and accounting associated with the operation of the new incinerator.
in addition, as discussed with Darrell fiuff of my staff and agreed u;on by you on February 17, 1982, we hereby request that appropriate changes to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan be submitted on or before March 19, 1982.
We have established that the attachment to your letter dated February 9,1982, contains infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), ruch infomation is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be i
subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
