The attachment to this letter provides the requested information. The attachment lists the NUREG-0737 item, whether or not the item is considered complete and the date and page reference of the previous Consumers Power Company letter that provides the pertinent information. For those NUREG-0737 items that are listed in the attachment as not being complete, the following information reiterates Consumers Power Company's established positions.
By letter dated April 1, 1982 and entitled " Shift Manning Evaluation",
Consumers Power Company provided a detailed PRA based evaluation of the staffing levels necessary for the safe operation of the Big Rock Point Plant during transient and accident conditions.
(NUREG-0737 Item III.A.1.2.) This evaluation was provided in response to Generic Letter 81-10 and has been scheduled to be discussed during a meeting between representatives of Consumers Power Company and the NRC to be held on June 1, 1982. Appropriate implementation schedules will be determined subsequent to NRC staff review.
Consumers Power Company letter of March 5, 1982 informed the NRC that Consumers Power Company is considering contracting the BWR Owners Group to perform the Control Room design review for the Big Rock Point Control Room (g t/[
(NUREG-0737 Item I.D.1) and that recommendations concerning a Safety Parameter Display System (NUREG-0737 Item II.D.2) will be made as part of the eventual 1
Control Room design review.

Big Rock Point Plant Generic Letter 82-10 Response May 25, 1982 A final decision on this matter is expected soon. At that time, Consumers Power Company will submit additional information concerning the survey program plan and schedule.
The schedule for the completion of NUREG-0737 Items. I.C.1, Revise Emergency Procedures, II.B.1, Reactor Coolant System Vents and III.D.3.4, Control Room liabitability Requirements remain as indicated in the letters cited in the attachment.
